The construction industry plays a vital role in the economic growth and physical development of Vietnam. It influences the function character and vitality of the nation of communities while shaping the urban landscape and the built environment.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering, HCMC University of Technology, in line with the University of role of providing education and research facilities, is concerned with training professional for this important sector of the economy and conducting research beneficial to the sector. Our Faculty adopts a slogan of "A Tradition of Excellence", and therefore training quality has always been our first concern.
